Sinclair began her career in advertising as a Creative Strategist/Planner Intern, summer of 2017, at the women-owned, award-winning advertising agency Odysseus Arms in San Francisco. When her internship came to an end, she was immediately hired full-time and contributed to the agency’s success. Mentored by the industry pioneer Libby Brockhoff, founder and CEO of Odysseus Arms, she was given opportunities that sharpened her strategic skills and daily fulfilled her creative mind. Being at a smaller agency like Odysseus Arms made her hard-working skills essential and allowed her to wear multiple hats. She has had direct exposure to clients on a daily basis and developed campaigns with great success.

During her time at Odysseus Arms, she managed the “Summer Internship” program, she was named “Employee of the Year” in 2018 and earned the nickname “Meme Queen” for having a unique talent in creating customized memes for brands.

She is a graduate from Academy of Art University, with a Bachelor's degree in advertising, with a focus in Creative Strategy. With roots in Sweden, Berghs School of Communication (awarded the world's best advertising school by Cannes Lion,) brought her to foggy San Francisco to work in a creative industry with passionate people like herself.

She is a visual thinker and storyteller who thrive on ideating, creating and executing new brand initiatives and campaigns. She has a curious and innovative mind, with strong communication skills, and thrive on the psychology of communications and understanding complex social behavior. She is dedicated to empowering women and helping brands reach their full potential in connecting and engaging with their audience through creative work.

Currently, she is based in Stockholm, Sweden working at Folksam, one of Sweden’s largest insurance companies, as Head of Social Media.
